Aylen Montenegro was the main reason we Closed the Purchase successfully. She made sure the Contract and all the Forms are signed correctly and on time. She added the missing documents for the deal and sent to the right parties to sign. She was following up with everybody involved in the deal including title company, buyers, sellers team, to make sure the deal is going to a successful Closing.
